The educational center “Donbas-Ukraine”: started its work at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in a consultative regime. It will run from June 19 to September 30. The All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Trends in the Development of Higher Education in the Conditions of the Hybrid War in the East of Ukraine” was held at the University.
